Privacy & contact.
Your application
We collect your first name, email address, the kind of work you do, up to three AI tools, what brings you here, when you are available, and confirmation that you can attend in Vienna. We also record the application date, its review status, and an optional campaign source from the page link.
The host uses these details to review your application, match interests and availability, and contact you personally about a table. Applying does not create an account, reserve a place, or subscribe you to a newsletter.
Where your details go
Applications are saved in emdash’s own database, accessible through a password-protected host queue. This website is hosted by Render in Oregon, United States. Render also handles the technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website. Temporary request counters help prevent abuse.
This page has no advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or shared sign-in. Application details are not sent to other community platforms. Matching is reviewed by the host; your application is not sent to an AI model.
Questions or changes
We keep your application while arranging the cohort and managing your place or waitlist request. To request a copy, correct your details, or withdraw and ask us to delete your application, email joanna@shishiishi.com.
